Shipping and Returns Policy
All packages are sent via Australia Post, with tracking and insurance. Every effort is made to ensure the pottery is packed well, to prevent breakage. I have worked really hard on developing a packaging system to ensure the best outcome. All orders are sent within 3-5 business days.

In the event that there is a breakage during shipping, please contact me, send photos of the broken item with the packaging, and a full refund will be given.
No refund for breakages during general use.
No refund for change of mind, sorry.
I can offer exchanges, but the customer must pay for all postage.
